Services

Help with the things that make a day at home possible.

Every family puts together a different mix. Some want a few hours of company and a hot lunch; others need hands-on help with bathing and dressing every morning. We will talk it through and build the week around what your loved one will actually accept.

Personal Care and Daily Living
01

Personal Care and Daily Living

Respectful help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and the routines that keep a person independent.

The most personal kind of help, done the way your loved one wants it. Bathing and showering, dressing and grooming, help in and out of bed or a chair, toileting and incontinence care, and reminders for medication. We move at their pace, we close the door, and we ask before we do. It is the difference between being cared for and being handled.

Companionship
02

Companionship

Someone to sit with, talk with, and share the afternoon — not a clock-watcher.

Loneliness wears a person down faster than most families expect. Our caregivers come to be company: a conversation over coffee, a hand of cards, a walk to the mailbox, a photo album gone through slowly, a favorite show with someone else in the room. Sometimes that is the whole visit, and it counts.

Meal Preparation
03

Meal Preparation

Warm, familiar meals made in their own kitchen — and the kitchen left clean.

We cook what they actually like to eat, in their own kitchen, with their own pots. Groceries, simple meal planning, breakfast and lunch, and a plate set in front of them while it is still hot. If a doctor has asked for low salt or soft foods, tell us and we will work with it. Dishes done, counters wiped, leftovers put away.

Light Housekeeping
04

Light Housekeeping

Laundry, dishes, tidying, and a home that still feels like a home.

The small things that pile up when energy is short: laundry washed and put away, dishes done, beds changed, trash out, floors swept, mail sorted, clutter put back where it belongs. Light housekeeping only — the everyday upkeep of a home, not deep cleaning or repairs.

Errands and Appointments
05

Errands and Appointments

A ride to the doctor or the pharmacy, with someone beside them the whole way.

Groceries, the pharmacy, the bank, a haircut, a doctor's appointment across town. We drive, we wait, we carry the bags in, and we make sure the instructions from the visit get written down and passed to the family. Getting out of the house does as much for a person as anything else on this list.

Respite for Family Caregivers
06

Respite for Family Caregivers

A few hours to rest, run errands, or simply breathe — knowing they are in good hands.

If you are the one doing all of it, you already know it is not sustainable alone. Respite care is scheduled time away: an afternoon, a full day, a weekend. We keep the routine exactly as you keep it, and we write down anything that happened while you were gone. Taking a break is not giving up on them.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most families are not, and that is fine. Describe the situation and we will tell you what kind of care fits — including the hours that make sense.
